Delivery and Returns Policy


We offer free delivery to your door on orders over R1000 anywhere in South Africa.

We deliver by courier to your doorstep throughout South Africa. For orders of R1000 and above, this service is free. If your order is below R1000, we charge R60 to deliver your goods to you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on where you live, it could take between 3 and 7 business days for your order to reach you.

    • To Main Centres: 2 - 4 Working Days
    • To Regional Areas: 3 - 6 Working Days
    • To Remote Areas: 5 - 7 Working Days

As we are based in an outlying area, we are unable to offer an Express Delivery service as a standard option.

When do deliveries take place?

Our couriers generally deliver from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. They do not ordinarily deliver after-hours or on weekends and public holidays.

Do you deliver outside South Africa?

We are happy to arrange international deliveries on request. Please email us at to get an estimate of shipping costs and timeframes. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping delays may be experienced with international orders.


You are welcome to collect your order from our shop, 19 Van Der Stel Street, Tulbagh, Western Cape free of charge during our normal operating hours.

Monday - Saturday: 9am - 5pm

Sunday: 9am - 2pm



Order Tracking

We will do our best to process your order as fast as possible. You will receive an email confirming your order as soon as your payment is processed.

It may take up to 3 business days to assemble your order, as many of our items are handmade in small quantities by crafters, working from their homes. We will inform you by email if there is a delay - either due to a high volume of orders being processed or for any Covid-19 related reason.

Once your order has been scheduled for collection, we will send you the tracking number as well as the details of the courier company. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking to be activated by the courier company.

The courier company will also inform you of the progress of your delivery, using the contact details that you entered when you placed your order. If you notice an error, or if these contact details change, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing your updated contact details to or sending a WhatsApp message to 082 564 9338.

Wrong Order

We do our best to get you the right product in the shortest time possible. However, should we slip up and send you an incorrect item, please let us know immediately, and do not open the item. We will arrange collection from you at no charge.

According to your preference, we will then either send you the item you originally ordered, or provide you with a credit or a full refund.


If you change your mind about a product you’ve purchased from us, please notify us by email within 7 business days of receiving the product, and return the item to us at your cost.

Returns will be credited, refunded, or exchanged, provided the item is unused, undamaged and in good order. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged so that it arrives intact. If this is not done, we will unfortunately not be able to provide a refund.

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on food items or jewellery for pierced ears.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us via email stating what the issue is. We will contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods until the claim has been settled.

Once the claim has been approved we'll move forward with either a replacement item or a refund for the damaged product. This goes for both damaged items and hijacked courier vehicles.
